Improving Quality With Our Teams

The team at Koala Childcare and ELC, Warrnambool were invited to participate in the Department of Education and Training’s program, Improving Quality Through Educational Program and Practice. Part of our journey was to create this beautiful, visual diary. Each of our rooms were invited to share what the children had been learning and the children were encouraged to help with this process so they created a floor book (it’s so big, you have to read it on the floor!).  It’s a fantastic tool for creating meaningful conversations with the children about their learning journey and our teams are really enjoying (and benefiting from) the program.
