This week, The Cottage at Coomera Early Learning Centre is excited to welcome Tricia Low as the new Service Manager with over 29 years’ experience as a teacher and manager across a number of early learning services.
Tricia comes to ‘The Cottage’ with bachelor’s Degrees in Education and Teaching in Early Childhood Education. She has recently worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Kids Academy and was a Director and Teacher at Gaven Early Learning Centre. She brings with her extensive knowledge in the Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place (School Age Care Framework) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
Before moving to sunny Queensland fifteen years ago, Tricia owned and operated a successful Childcare service in Melbourne and is highly experienced at managing programs and people. We’re fortunate that she is already familiar with many of our systems and programs and can hit the ground running in our well-established service.
Tricia’s number one passion is her family which includes her husband and two children. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, at the beach, on the jet ski or cheering on their son who plays high level football.
The Cottage team is delighted to have found someone like Tricia who brings a family-centred approach as well as an entrepreneurial and community mindset.

Located at 180 Old Coach Rd Upper Coomera, The Cottage at Coomera Early Learning Centre is a stunning refurbished Queenslander that feels just like home. With large sweeping verandahs on over an acre of land in the heart of Upper Coomera, The Cottage has 10 rooms with three oversized beautiful playgrounds. Each age group is housed in their own bespoke Cottage – Fiafia, Aroha and Amaroo where the names reflect the rich tapestry of cultures in and around the local community.
The Cottage at Coomera welcomes families from Upper Coomera, Coomera, Willowvale and Oxenford.
