Jeanine Oak Service Manager

Janiene Scott

Welcome to Oak on Erin Early Education, I am Janiene Scott the Service Manager. I have been working in Early Years Education for just over 20 years and for Story house for the past two years as Educational Leader, Early Childhood Teacher and Assistant Service Manager.

I am passionate about the inclusion of all children and supporting children with their health and emotional wellbeing. I believe in encouraging children to develop their own learning pathways and supporting them to achieve their goals. I am excited to contribute to our local and wider community and share our Story House values with these communities. As a leader I believe in a positive team culture and empowering all educators to reach their potential. I am always around to support the team, children, and service community.

The Oak on Erin team is enthusiastic and passionate about the children in our care. Each educator shares their own educational strengths and interests throughout the service, thus making the service one large community of shared learning and ideas.
