Story House Doreen is Set to Open its Doors in January!

With construction and fit-out complete, our six-room, 125 place service offers an organic, natural environment with soft tones and lots of natural light throughout the interior.  Outside, it boasts an exceptional playground featuring creek bed with low bridge, log stools, rock seats, waterfall feature, decorative screens, garden beds, timber benches and sensory path.  Both indoor and outdoor learning environments are designed to inspire children, enrich their learning, and enhance their growth and development through quality, safe, play-based programs.

We have secured a team of qualified, experienced educators who have a strong vision for 2021 and look forward to partnering with families to ensure that Story House Doreen feels like an extension of home where everybody feels comfortable, safe and happy. 

We’ve made it easy for families to go about their busy life and not have to worry about a thing.  We provide children with fresh and nutritious meals prepared by our in-house cook as well as all linens, nappies, wipes and sunscreen – it’s all inclusive!

Located on the corner of Painted Hills Road and Bridge Inn Road in the heart of the Doreen community (just 28km away from Melbourne’s CBD), our new service will cater for families in Mernda, South Morang, Nutfield, Diamond Creek and Arthurs Creek.
