What are your favourite memories within the workspace?
When years later the child recognise and remember you from the close bond you shared.
Who Inspires you and why?
Nathan Wallis – Neuroscience & The Developing Brain- His research into the developing brain and how that would have affect on what we do as Educators.
What are you passionate about?
The first five years of a childs’ life is busy and most crucial. I believe it is the foundation for their future with an opportunity for learning in every occasion. The children are continually learning in all developmental areas. I believe all interactions with the children should be safe, positive, fun and nurturing. Educators should create a positive disposition for all childrens’ learning through positive reinforcements and inviting activities. I believe if this happens, the children can grow into their next developmental stage with confidence and strive for greatness.
