Indoor and outdoor play based experiences are an integral part of our program. Educators plan a diverse range of experiences to create opportunities for your child in both structured and spontaneous play.
Our programs are inspired by the wisdom and teachings of early childhood theorists and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and aim to develop children’s emotional, social and cognitive intelligence.
The Kindergarten curriculum continues to emphasise play based learning, however offers additional intentional learning times where the focus is on literacy and numeracy, socialisation, self-regulation and independence.

The growth within my team and the embracing the change with such enthusiasm and dedication.
Who Inspires you and why?
Every child is unique and that is an understatement. They can make you laugh, cry and even pull your hair out. But it’s not on purpose and you will always come back because they are the ones who need the most care in this world. The children are my inspiration.
What are you passionate about?
The type of work I do is the most important motivator for me. I want to be doing meaningful work that makes a difference for the company and the customers which are our Families and most importantly our Children.
What type of leadership style do you have?
I love Inspiring a team to be the best they can be and creating/sharing a vision. To influence best practice through sharing skilled and sound my own knowledge To share and gather ideas together. Motivate the team!!! I am not afraid to take a step back and listen to others and act upon this. Creating leaders is just as important as being a leader myself.
What makes your service such an amazing service?
Granted each workplace has its ups and downs, but in a childcare environment you will find that the people you work with are like family…kooky and sometimes awkward, but overall supportive. I spent some much with my team I make coming to work rewarding an enjoyable. Celebration success and empowering Educators goes along way. People want to work alongside me as supporting team on the ground is the key rather than sitting behind the desk.
What are your goals for the service over the next 12 months?
To continue in building a high quality team here at Clyde. To continue to act as a example to lead successfully.
We are situated in Clyde North just east of Cranbourne, on the corner of Linsell and Selandra Blvd, opposite the Cascades on Clyde Wetlands.
Clyde North is a well resourced, 7 room centre that has been purpose built and in a brand new area with lovely families, offering a positive community feel. Families are encouraged to be involved in all aspects of our service and our educators work hard to provide a safe and welcoming space for the children.
Located in a great area with strong connections to the community. This is an opportunity for your child to develop within spaces in which they can feel safe and continue on their learning journey.
