What are you passionate about?
The children – The moment by moment interactions with children that make them feel loved and cared for and help develop who they become. Educators – Watching them focus on the individuality of each child and watching them make each child and each other feel like they belong. Families – Chatting and endless open communication about there child/children along with feedback
What type of leadership style do you have?
Hands on- Being motivated and always happy to help out and lend a hand (even if that means changing a dirty nappy). Efficiency: Always on time Task oriented: Always making sure tasks are completed efficiently
What makes your service such an amazing service?
Families, Educators, Community and most importantly the children and being able to make a difference in every child’s growth and development Having the support system from head office which allows me a a service manager to make decisions and always know that there is support.
What are your goals for the service over the next 12 months?
Continuing to work hard and gain more knowledge and experience as a service manager. Always maintain the communication with families and educators and for them to know that they can come to me for anything. Continue to try different approaches for family feedback . To have continuous good quality relationships with educators. Gain more community involvement.
