I currently hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and I have been in the Early Childhood Education for 13 years. I found my passion in creating a nurturing and loving environment for our young children to learn and grow. Children are capable and resilient individuals who have the right to feel loved, respected and connected. We, as educators, are the most important resource to guide and support our children thriving in their daily learning to become respectful and empathy little human beings which is the foundation for life.

I enjoy spending time with friends and families for a good brunch and a great shopping trip. Music and travelling are also a big part of my life. Having lots of cuddles from children are the highlights of my day and connecting with families to learn more about the children’s homelife and their culture are also a favourite part of my career.

As a leader, I am a strong believer in “lead by example” and teamwork. Meeting and working alongside many amazing educators throughout my career have left a strong influence on my practice, teaching philosophy and leadership. In addition, I have accomplished Bachelor of Business, major in accounting, where I developed strong organisational and communication skills as well as a fair and balanced approach. I am aspired to create a positive working environment that motivates, inspires and empowers team members to provide the best possible education to our children.
