Glenmore Park’s Favourite Meal: Burritos

With a deep passion for creating child-friendly meals packed with goodness, Chef Larissa has perfected dishes that our little learners genuinely look forward to. Curious what’s on the menu?

Today, we’re sharing one of these family favourites straight from Chef Larissa’s kitchen, her much-loved Burrito recipe. Packed with nutrients and hidden veg, this one’s a hit at lunchtime and perfect for the whole family to recreate at home.


Chef Larissa’s Burrito’s

Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 Tspn crushed garlic
  • 1 Tspn ground coriander
  • 1 Tspn ground cumin
  • 1 Tspn paprika
  • 1 x can black beans
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Grated cheese
  • Taco sauce
  • Sour cream
  • Tortilla

Method

  1. Add mince and spices to an electric fry pan an brown until mince is fully cooked.
  2. Serve with beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and tortilla
