Our service has friendly and committed staff who care for the children and their families . Communication is always key to getting to know all the families using our service, families build trusting relationships with the staff through accountability and transparency. We have large spacious, well resourced rooms , a well planned outdoor area, with chickens and a country paddock on our boarder. Our Lead Educators have planning cycles and program aligned to the ELYF and visible in their rooms. Our service has 2 ECT ‘s, with 2 Lead Educators studying towards their Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). We have a Government approved Kindergarten Program. Our cook provides nutritious meals for the children to enjoy and will cater for allergies and children’s cultural dietary requirements. Our service offers an Indigenous culture teacher guiding children through stories to give greater understanding of First Nations people . Making Rainbows gives our children music and movement experiences tailored for each age group to have fun with music. Children have guided instruction to learn Auslan and Japanese language. Families a real partnership becoming a part of a community, that shares their child/children’s learning journey , development and milestones, setting children up for success when they move to a school environment.
