Nutritional Meals

Our healthy and nutritional menu considers cultures and dietary requirements of each child.

We believe that the value of play is of utmost importance to children as it is their way of learning about their world.

While children play they are able to experiement with new ideas, test theories and their understanding of concepts, express their creative ability, release their emotions and share their feelings.

While engaging in play children are developing across all domains and creating the building blocks for their future.

MEET OUR SERVICE MANAGER BELINDA WILKINS

What led you to a career in the childcare industry?
My love and passion for wanting to play an active role in children’s learning journey along with their families and the community.

What are your favourite memories within the workspace?
Children learning about the different ways in which families celebrate Christmas. It was so heart warming to hear them share their stories, listen to other stories and watch the learning and joy happen there and then.

Who Inspires you and why?
I am inspired by my co-workers and peers as there is always something new to learn from others. We are in this together and for the children which is something my team clearly shows.

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about assisting children to grow into confident, inclusive, happy, challenged and resilient people on a holistic level who are happy within themselves.

What type of leadership style do you have?
Overall I lead by lead by example. Ensuring I practice what I preach and also to ensure that I am firm but fair with all educators. I like to take in all information before making decisions and also know that everyone acts and reacts in different ways.

What makes your service such an amazing service?
The relationships that we have with the families, children and communities. It is a home away from home and a place to feel safe, have fun with a lot of learning along the way.

What are your goals for the service over the next 12 months?
To have a service that continues to be full of life, learning, a team environment and full of passion for learning and fun. This will also in turn ensure a high occupancy and being a part of the greater community.

Our Service is located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Melbourne south-east of Melbourne’s central business district.
