We believe that the value of play is of utmost importance to children as it is their way of learning about their world.  While children play they are able to experiement with new ideas, test theories and their understanding of concepts, express their creative ability, release their emotions and share their feelings.  While engaging in play children are developing across all domains and creating the building blocks for their future.

Meet our Service Manager

Welcome, my name is Sara Tai, and I am your Service Manager for Grow N Learn Tarneit. I have been in the Early Education and Care Sector since 2009. My experiences so far have been from working in a classroom being part of the leadership team through extending my role to educational leader for my love of inspiring my team in creating exciting, inviting environments where our children can learn. I then moved into the Senior Management team where I was a able to support and mentor a team in offering the best possible outcomes for the children and families that came to our service. Our children, families and team are what makes our services unique. My biggest achievement in life, would be my little boy who is now off on his journey through primary school. I am a family person and love spending time with my family and close friends. I am so excited to be part of the Story House family for further learning and most of all excited to create warm trusting relationships with the children, families and the team at Grow N Learn. I hope to see you come through our doors, so I am able to show off our wonderful learning spaces where our children explore, discover and investigate.
